What types of phone cases do you offer?
Y2K DreamsCO provides a diverse range of phone cases that combine stylish designs with protective features. Our cases are designed to offer excellent shock absorption and scratch resistance, ensuring that your device remains safe while also allowing you to express your unique style.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, standard shipping within Canada takes approximately 10-15 business days or less, while international shipping takes approximately 17-30 business days or less. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress. Please be aware that shipping can take longer or shorter than what's stated, so it's important to track your order to monitor its progress! :)
Are your phone cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes, all of our phone cases are designed to support wireless charging. This feature allows you to charge your device without the hassle of removing the case, providing both convenience and functionality.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns/exchanges or refunds. All of our products are final sale!
What should I do if my item arrives damaged/or end up lost?
All orders are carefully packaged, sealed, and protected before being shipped out, so we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Once an order has been shipped, we are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package does not arrive, please contact your shipping carrier (USPS, Canada Post, or your local postal service) directly to file a claim or locate your package.
Why can I not see/track my package?
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your order has shipped. If you still cannot see updates after this time, please check with your local postal carrier using the tracking number provided at checkout. Please make sure you input your right address in order for you to track your order and receive it.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we do offer international shipping except for Unites Kingdom and Europe (soon we will, don't worry loves!). Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination. Ensure to check the shipping options available at checkout for accurate information.
See something you love, but your phone or AirPod model isn’t available?
Don’t stress! Just head to our “Contact” page, drop your info, and let us know your device model under “Comments.” We’ll check if we can make it happen and get back to you through Gmail within 2–3 business days.
